Stop Trading for Last Week’s Box Score

Every Tuesday the same thing happens: a receiver goes for 140 and two scores, and by Wednesday half the league is offering their RB2 for him. You are not buying the player. You are buying the box score, and the box score already happened.

The trades that actually win leagues are the boring ones — the running back whose team just lost its left tackle, the receiver whose target share climbed three straight weeks while the points did not. Nobody posts those in the group chat.

Buy usage, not highlights. The points show up later, and by then your league mates are chasing someone else’s Sunday.
